THE X-MAS HATERS
THE X-MAS HATERS are a local
Hollywood band, (formally known as
LAUREL CANYON) that were formed
after playing a Christmas show (for fun)
under that name. As THE X-MAS
HATERS, they suddenly received a
barrage of attention including a
favorable review and band name
commentary from the LA WEEKLY (and
an irate call from a Baptist preacher
regarding the “evilness” of the band’s
name). THE X-MAS HATERS decided
then and there that they were here to
stay- to annoy and delight! THE X-MAS
HATERS have gone on to play a vast
array of LA clubs. including THE
COCONUT TEASER, THE WHISKEY and
THE ROXY. THE X-MAS HATERS video
has appeared on many cable music
shows, and they have performed on
live cable television. They were also
the long time back-up band for CHRIS
EVERLY (son of PHIL EVERLY of THE
EVERLY BROTHERS) and opened
shows for AJ SINATRA (grand-daughter
of ol’ blue eyes) and her band
SLEEPINGTON. THE X-MAS HATERS are
currently working on material for their
new upcoming album and video, “SEX
WITH ALPATCHINO.” They are also in
the studio putting down tracks for a
cartoon feature for UNIVERSAL
PICTURES.

confused but happy lead singer and
guitarist, STEPHEN LEFEBVRE
(pronounced LE-PHAY), angry and will
kick your ass, lead guitar, SCOTT
MORENO, drummer extraordinaire,
(You have to hear him to believe it. He
rules!) and UNCLE ELMO, strange
weirdo, no one knows where he came
from or where he goes, on bass.
